Job Description:
The job responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to:
? Performing monitoring to meet the Company’s regulatory reporting obligations
? Preparing the regulatory reporting including but not limited to disclosure of interest reporting and short position reporting
? Performing independent trade and e-communication surveillance and monitoring
? Conducting regular compliance monitoring and reviews of the business activities to confirm compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and Firm policies
? Handling regulatory requests and inquiries
? Responding to general compliance enquiries raised internally
? Support ad-hoc queries from regulators and internal stakeholders
? Ad hoc projects as assigned
任职资格：
Knowledge
? Familiar with regulatory reporting rules, trading rules and other regulatory requirements applicable to Hong Kong licensed corporations
? Prior working experience in an investment banking environment or a regulatory authority preferred
Skills and Abilities

Job Description:
The candidate will work alongside the existing Corporate Advisory team in Tokyo and has the opportunity to collaborate with overseas colleagues across different sector and product teams in China (including Hong Kong), Southeast Asia, North America and Europe. This is an important role in supporting the origination and execution of cross-border transactions.
The job duties associated with this role include but will not be limited to:
? Support the senior executives to develop and maintain clients’ relationships, which involves research, valuation, and preparation of pitch books
? Support the preparation of transaction documents, including teasers, info memoranda, financial models, offering circulars and prospectuses
? Help originate mandates on various product offerings, e.g. mergers and acquisitions, and foreign capital market transactions (e.g. foreign IPOs and Debt issuance)
? Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, including analyzing business plans and performing due diligence work
? Support and participate in deal execution, including coordinating various internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process
任职资格：
Requirements:
? Native Japanese with professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
? Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors from universities
? 3 years or more relevant work experience in a reputable investment bank or financial institution
? A highly motived learner who is committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to multi-tasks with deadlines, attention to details, and strong work ethics
? Cultural sensitivity developed through international experience with strong interpersonal / communication skills and customer-oriented?mind-sets
