“2024年度中国上市公司ESG最佳实践奖”旨在表彰ESG领域的杰出贡献者,推动投资者关注和发现优秀上市公司创造的ESG价值,Wind基于全部A股和港股近8000家上市公司最新Wind ESG评级结果,筛选出各行业ESG表现最佳的上市公司。值得一提的是,此次的奖杯由海洋垃圾再造的方式制作而成,制造过程采用100%清洁能源,全程“零”二氧化碳排放,通过资源的回收利用,真正做到了环保节能。
The
“2024 ESG Best Practice Award for China’s Listed Companies” aims to recognize outstanding
contributors in the ESG area and encourage investors to focus on and identify
the ESG value created by excellent listed companies. Based on the latest Wind
ESG ratings for nearly 8,000 listed companies across all A-shares and Hong Kong
stocks, Wind has selected the top-performing listed companies in terms of ESG
across various industries. It’s noteworthy that the trophy is made from
recycled marine litter. The manufacturing process uses 100% clean energy with
zero carbon dioxide emissions, truly achieving environmental protection and
energy conservation through the recycling of resources.

The Wind ESG ratings are benchmarked against
leading international ESG frameworks, while also considering the development of
China''s capital markets, regulatory policies and the needs of domestic
enterprises in ESG practices. This has led to the introduction of a localized
indicator system with Chinese characteristics. It is reported that among the 28
listed companies participating in the personal care industry rating of Wind,
Proya led the industry with an overall ESG score of 8.45, a management practice
score of 5.46, and an environmental score of 8.41. According to the latest
results of Wind ESG ratings, as of December 14, 2024, only 92 listed companies among 5373 A-share companies achieved an ESG rating of AA or above.

环境方面,我们通过在节能技改、使用清洁能源、包装减量和使用替换装等一系列的温室气体减排行动,共计减少温室气体排放5571.93吨二氧化碳当量。2023年,珀莱雅万元营收温室气体排放量同比下降32.93%,清洁能源使用占比达35.35%。公司高度重视绿色包装议题,在产品包装方面,公司邀请专家参与合作编制了《珀莱雅可持续包装管理手册》,并对相关部门开展培训。通过对珀莱雅的双抗精华及红宝石面霜3.0推出替换装等举措来提升产品的可持续包装材料比例。此外,公司通过在产品包装上醒目地标注可持续包装标识,提升消费者的包装回收意识,携手消费者参与到包装废弃后的回收管理工作中。
On the
environmental front: Proya has taken a series of greenhouse gas reduction
actions, such as implementing technological transformation of energy
conservation, using clean energy, reducing packaging, and introducing
alternative packaging. These actions have resulted in a total reduction of
5,571.93 tons of greenhouse gas emissions. In 2023, Proya achieved a 32.93%
year-on-year reduction in greenhouse gas emissions per RMB10,000 of revenue,
with clean energy comprising 35.35% of its total energy consumption. The
Company places high importance on the topic of green packaging. In terms of
product packaging, the Company has invited experts to co-create the Proya
Sustainable Packaging Management Manual and provided training for relevant
departments. The Company has also increased the proportion of sustainable packaging
materials in its products through initiatives like launching alternative
packaging for Double Effect Brightening Essence and Advanced Firming Nourishing
Light Cream 3.0. Moreover, The Company has prominently labeled sustainable
packaging marks on its product packaging to raise consumers'' awareness of
packaging recycling, encouraging them to participate in the recycling
management of waste packaging.

such as education and disaster relief, benefiting a large number of people. On
the social impact front: Proya has also launched campaigns to promote “gender
equality” and “mental health”, creating educational storybooks, organizing
public service activities, and releasing thematic TV commercials. These efforts
aim to resonate with consumers while imparting social significance and
spiritual value to the brand.

the corporate governance front: In 2023, Proya held four general meetings of
shareholders, eight meetings of the Board of Directors, and six meetings of the
