As the core component connecting the battery and charging system, high-voltage charging harnesses face five key challenges: ultra-high current, ultra-high power, extreme space limits, strict weight requirements, and high reliability. Recodeal has systematically reconstructed its high-voltage harness solutions through four approaches: increasing conductor cross-section, upgrading voltage level, active thermal management, and new material application. The aluminum busbar adopts automatic bending + automatic stamping, supporting up to 230mm2 section and current-carrying capacity of 500A, 600A, 700A, 800A, 1000A.It supports horizontal bending, vertical bending, horizontal + vertical bending, vertical + horizontal bending, twisting bending, etc., to meet various vehicle layout requirements.

The aluminum busbar adopts PA12 nylon extrusion molding for surface protection, and automatic ultrasonic welding for nuts. Bending accuracy is inspected by CCD vision detection. The finished product achieves 1000 cycles of temperature-humidity cycle life. The temperature rise under long-term operation is 15% lower than the industry standard. It balances conductivity and low-carbon environmental protection requirements, and meets the lightweight and low-carbon development needs of new energy vehicle manufacturers.
