The RH3500 series adapter box adopts an "A"+"B" layout design, enabling separate fabrication of positive and negative wiring harnesses. The two harnesses are assembled individually and then integrated as a complete structure. It is specifically designed for efficient aluminum busbar - aluminum wire transition from the charging inlets to the BDU (Battery Distribution Unit) in passenger vehicles. Through technological innovation, it aims to solve the core challenges of conductivity, protection, and assembly, comprehensively supporting cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and reliable upgrades in the industry. The RH3500 series adapter box can accommodate ultrasonic welding of up to 210mm2 aluminum busbar and 210mm2 aluminum wires. It meets IP68 and IP6K9K protection requirements. It supports multiple installation methods and can be matched according to the customer''s installation layout. It brings a comprehensive user experience to customers.
